Every year, Djangophiles flock to the streets of Langley to participate in one of only a few Django events worldwide. Music fills the air. Toes tap. People dance, laugh and play ... into the wee hours.
Whidbey Institute for Contemporary Arts
The Whidbey Institute at Chinook hosts year-round programs to transform the heart, mind, and culture for the creation of a more sustainable, just, and fruitful future for all. The Institute's land is complete with a Sanctuary, labyrinth, dining hall and retreat center.
Whidbey Children's Theater
Located in the Porter Building in downtown Langley, the Whidbey Children's Theater has been offering programs and productions for and by our community's youth for more than 20 years. This year's productions include the world premiere of the award-winning Magic Fan, adapted by Mary Knight-Burdsall.
