What better way to learn more about the lodgings on South Whidbey than to meet the innkeepers and managers, tour the properties and get a personal view of why these lodgings are so special.

The Lodging Tours, although different, are intended to do the same thing: inspire you to stay here when visiting Whidbey Island or to refer your friends and/or family members to one of these properties on South Whidbey. Our area is known for its many distinct lodgings, from world-class inns to simple and affordable motels; more than 60 on the south end of our island alone.

Spring Lodging Tour, May 16

New in 2010, the Spring Lodging Tour will showcase 10 of our areas lodgings, as well as the blooms we're known for. Blooms Abound! Meander through gardens and quaint woodland settings as you get to explore these 10 lodgings. Participation in the tour gets you a valuable coupon book.

Holiday Lodging Tour & Tastes, Dec 5

When we're hunkered down in the darker days of Winter, our holiday lodging tour turns on the lights, providing great holiday-filled warmth of the season. With a holiday backdrop, our innkeepers welcome you in from the cold with goodies to serve from our local restaurants and caterers. Participation in the Holiday Lodging Tour gets you our collectible annual recipe book, showcasing the foods you nibble on throughout the tour.

Heritage Farm Place

Both tours are open from noon to 5 p.m. on their respective Sundays. The tour costs $20 per ticket and goes toward marketing our lodgings throughout the region.
